I'm, awake almost every morning at 4am. 1.5 - 2 hour workout in some form finishing before 7am(unless I'm doing a long bike ride). Weights, plyometrics, running, swimming, cycling, mostly a combo of the above.
But my motivation? Early morning is the only time I can get it in and I'm done for the day by 7am. Plus, I love how peaceful the world seems at 4:30am.
