Houston?

Texans - back to back division titles and reigning division champ

Rockets - consistently in the playoffs and made a few runs recently

Astros - one game away from back to back WS appearances

All 3 teams made the playoffs last two years. Not sure they belong on this short list

What’s more painful? Almost getting there consistently and always letting you down or never having hope to begin with

The Texans suck and none of their playoff runs were real, shitty division and no one outside of the city gives them a shot.

Astros run now pretty much takes us out of consideration but 2017 chest scandal kinda brings it back. However hypocritical other fanbases want to be with it

Rockets 25 years of nothing but underwhelming playoffs results. The two titles are hit with MJ * and prior to 94, the rockets were nothing but disappointment

Edit: I use Houston because it’s what I know but Atlanta is the king of this category.
