Listen, I’m also skeptical anything will happen, but I also wouldn’t have predicted the Comey press conference 4 years ago either. If the Republicans would make a big enough racket about all of this, it couldn’t be ignored.

I suppose the worst that could happen to Wray is that he be forced to resign.

I guess that’s something.

But nothing has really happened to Comey other than his being forced out. And getting praised by the media and a tv mini series portraying him as an honest noble hero.

My read is different. IMO, it has to be ignored by Wray&Co.

The FBI is eyeballs deep in the thing. It never disengaged. With an assist from Mueller, anti-Trump corruption continued unabated where Comey, McCabe, Baker, and Strzok left off.

Given these computer revelations, it's apparent they ever actually let up. Meaning, if involved officials are unsuccessful ousting Trump, they are screwed.
