Great, let’s just keep on hiring coordinator after coordinator because our head coach doesn’t know X’s and O’s. It’s fricking exhausting and expensive.

Unlike Les, O has shown that he will make staff changes to win.

Let’s relax a minute this was the craziest offseason with Covid and plus trying to implement a new defensive scheme plus with what 8-9 new starters.
Look I’m not gonna defend him much longer but we have had a lot of variables as to some reasonable excuses up to this point but not for long if we don’t see some adjustments

Coach O has hired 4 coordinators since he's been our head coach:
1. Matt Canada - didn't work out
2. Steve Ensminger
3. Joe Brady, passing game coordinator, home run
4. Bo Pelini - worst D in 30+ years (statistically)
at this point, he's 50-50. he may need help picking a good D coordinator.
