If LSU doesn’t get the D turned around this season and drops 5 or 6 games, (or more) you’d better believe they will FIND the money. Don’t doubt that.

Not this year. I know it’s crazy after the season we just had, but I don’t think O has the political capital to fire Pelini after just 1 season. Not in the COVID climate/economy, not after losing to MSU and Missouri and finishing with what appears to be a 4-6 season at best. But mostly because he used so much of it to get Pelini. He pushed a lot of chips in to get him, and get that ridiculous contract for him. He’s just gonna have to wear this for a while and try to make it work somehow.
