Yes I shoot both out of it with no adjustment. I went to the range when I first got the 140gr ammo and I didn't notice a difference at 100 yds. I'm probably not a good enough shot to notice 0.5 MOA. Both rounds kill when I aim at the vitals.

I will tell you that the Hornady Custom Lite Reduced Recoil SST rounds leave very little blood trail but they absolutely destroy the insides and the deer doesn't go very far. We have not gotten any pass through shots with that round out of 5 deer killed. 3 went less than 50-60 yds and 2 dropped in their tracks.

The 1 deer I shot with the 140gr Core Lokt round dropped immediately and it was a pass through shot around 100 yds.
