Long story short... I weighed 275 in January. I'm now down to 215 with a lifestyle change of diet and exercise. I look and feel like a new man, but the thing I need help with is losing the last 15-20 pounds that I'd like to lose. It's all in the belly and upper thighs. Is there a way to isolate and burn this off or do I just need to continue the course I've been on and give it time?

What have you been doing?

I'd say counting calories is the way to go. If you're already doing that, just stay consistent.

No way to isolate that fat. It will come off when it comes off given enough weight loss. I understand the frustration. I carry all my fat in my upper body and my muscle in my lower body. Stomach is the last thing to go for us.

I use MFP which is a godsend, given that I have the right caloric info.

I was in the same boat.

Diet is the most important, so if you have that down, cardio, HIIT sessions and core exercises will take it off in no time.
