You should know your range. Things offshore are deceptively far apart and you can burn a whole lot of gas rig hopping.
If you haven't been offshore much, its a good idea to go with someone else before taking an xpress out there. That isn't a very seaworthy boat. Be careful, lots of rock jetties, sandbars, crew boats, etc. Out there.
