Do you really believe every white player on the team willingly swallowed all of the shite the black players forced ont hem. They took it for the team but no doubt there is lingering resentment.

Sure, every team espoused the BLM mantra. But no other team had to deal with a high profile issue as occurred with Brees. This fractured the carefully orchestrated locker room that Payton and Loomis built over the last few years. This fracture was not totally along racial lines, either as some black players have an appreciation of the impact Brees has had on their lives and the lives of many people in the community of all races. There were others like Thomas who took the easy route knowing they would be supported by the echo chamber of media, NFL players and glitterati.
