That was past my partying age so I didn't really partake but for some time it seemed like a lot of people were hanging out on 3rd street on the weekends.

I think the area needs more apartments and condos. Restaurants and bars would follow most likely.

Going out seemed different 15-20 years ago. I know everyone gets older and life goes on, but you had way more variety back then.

The varsity, the Caterie, the station, Texas club, triple a, southdowns, Fox and hound, ringside at Sullivan’s.

Great memories.

They’ve added a good bit. Extremely overpriced but it’s there.
