I see this beginning with the "men must get in touch with their feelings" culture.
For some "feelings" have become their life blood. Progressives have become a cult based on feelings and a lust for power.

Bunch of pussies. Both men and women, but especially men need to develop a thicker skin. It is essential for having mental toughness, which in the game of life is more important than physical toughness.
