Lol, it was interesting, but as a scientist I remain a skeptic. The distances of interstellar space are phenomenal, hard to believe technology exist to cover those distances between stars.
Maybe stop thinking about distances.
Think interdimensional.

Well if they do show up, I have a buddy. This man is crazy horny. This would be his reaction.

as a scientist
There’s your problem. If you think you know enough to rule out the possibility of other intelligent life in the face of overwhelming mathematical probability based on your own knowledge, then you sir, are no scientist.

Many believe that life evolved on other planets and that it might be millions of years older than humans. Thus they also believe that aliens would have had the time to develop the incredible technologies, as depicted in Sci-Fi movies, etc. However, no amount of advanced technology could actually defy or ‘turn off’ the laws of physics that govern our universe. This would be necessary even to travel at a reasonable fraction of the speed of light, let alone faster. The problems in basic physics are insurmountable.

basic physics
That’s the point. It’s not basic physics. It would be something we don’t understand yet. But hey, maybe we do live in the only time in history when everything we know about physics is set in stone and exactly right. Anything is possible.

They are already here. Look at Mark Zuckerberg

Some physicists are taking interstellar travel seriously. Alcubierre Drive

Therein lies the problem. We are hampered by our math. We are tied to what we are taught. We need to think outside

One would have to develop a vehicle with an independent gravity system to control velocity and matter outside the vehicle and gravitational force inside.
The fact that you can see stars millions and billions of miles away suggest space is free from debris for straight line travel.

God is real, and he’s the one that sent us Jesus Christ to die on a cross to pay the debt for our sins. Then he rose from the grave three days later and conquered death. If we just believe upon him And repent from our sins we will receive his spirit, a new heart, and a desire to please the one true God. And by the way, we will live for eternity with our creator and escape the lake of fire.
It doesn’t get anymore super natural than that boys. Look up cross examined for on old earth/new earth explanations if you like the apologist side of it. He’s pretty good.
But I’m telling you from a lost persons point of view for 32 years then being saved by the grace of God through faith in his son Jesus Christ. I know Jesus is the truth, the light, and the way. Love you guys.

For a spacecraft to acquire a speed of c/10, it would need to acquire kinetic energy, given accurately enough by the non-relativistic formula of 1/2mv2. For a very small unmanned spacecraft of 10 kg, it would require 1/2 x 10 kg x (3 x 107 m/s)2 = 4.5 x 1015 J.
For a manned spacecraft weighing several tons, the energy requirements would exceed the world’s annual electricity consumption. For the city-sized space ships, the energy requirements would be even more staggering. And when the spacecraft slows, it would need to use up almost this amount of energy in braking. If the spacecraft had to accelerate to c/10, slow down and start up many times. It is hard to imagine how enough fuel could be carried. It would probably be impossible without some sort of antimatter drive. If complete conversion of matter to energy (E = mc2)—were possible, 1 ton of antimatter could annihilate 1 ton of ordinary matter to produce. And this is the absolute maximum amount of energy which could be produced even in principle from a given mass of fuel. A spaceship would be nowhere near as efficient.

Over the years I am starting to believe that a lot of UFOs are time travel machines.

Finally, someone who understands what I am getting at.

Trump's a skeptic as well I believe. I don't know what I am. Obligatory "it's hard to believe that it's just us out there."
On the other hand, it would seem that by now there would've been all kinds of irrefutable evidence known to all citizens.

You are assuming that speed is necessary
Manipulation of space time IMO is the key
