Next time you have an MRI bring a sleep eye mask. Most labs have them but just in case they don't it's best to have your own. I wear it because I don't want to accidentally open my eyes while in the tube and see the ceiling that close to my face.

Yep. If my head has to go in the tube I have to be blindfolded. I still panic a little for the first minute or two.
