"The process" is something coaches have been using since atleast John Wooden. It's a great philosophy but Saban certainly didn't make it up. Although, he is the first person to say the word "relative" 8 times in one sentence.

You are trying to ask if Les is taking on Saban tendencies? Why? Since he first stepped on campus, Les has had to distance/distinguish himself from Saban. Why would you think he would do ANYTHING to become more like Saban?
