Not sure if it is in the article/story but I heard on a news story a couple days ago that even if this law makes it thru, old JBE has the final say. He has to sign it.

not per the link. However, I really have no idea.
Also, this doesnt really go into any detail as to what they would rescind.

1) No, he doesn't. He can veto and he can be overridden, even for regular legislation. This is some kind of resolution that doesn't pass his desk, though, apparently. I'm still trying to read through it and figure out what's been voted on.
2) Is this DOA in the Senate where Mein Fuhrer has more sway and just all political theater anyway?
We shall see.
