I know the OT is full of upper middle class and beyond, but seriously. The majority of your average Joe resident of NO isn’t going to comfortable afford that when the mayor isn’t opening things up more.

The Saulet is $1200 or so for a 1BR at this point. I know that is still $800 less, but that place is crap.

These apartments ain’t for the average Joe. It’s for the uppity young cbd folks making a good salary and working downtown.
