Yes, it is a very, very low bar, but some of us are expecting him to drool and fall asleep which won't happen.

I think the early end to Joe Biden's days has been related to his sleep patterns.
He's 78 and probably in bed by 8pm but tonight he's going to have to be up late and as sharp as possible.
I think they have been adjusting him so he can be fresher at night.
No way this guy can wake at 7am like a normal person and still be going strong at 10pm.
They probably have him sleeping from 11am to 7pm.
