Chuckanut Drive below Oyster Dome is a great, scenic drive. If you like oysters there are some farms along the way.
If it is a clear day, on your way to Deception Pass drive to the top of Mt. Erie in Anacortes for amazing views. The town of La Conner is worth a visit too.

Also, if anyone has a recommendation on where to get sea urchin/uni, I'd give you just about everything in my wallet.
(Preferably a Japanese restaurant, but I'll take whatever I can get.)
