I always wonder how different some shows would be if characters like Tony and Hank Hill were given sons more like them.
I say that knowing AJ is really a mirror of all of tony’s weakest character traits. But I would like to see Tony with an heir apparent son or Hank with the star quarterback son.

But I think that's what they were shoot for, and nailed it. Unlikeable & worthless.
