MS State local ESPN affiliate is saying about the game:
- "State coaching staff coached circles around LSU before and during the game"
- "State was in better physical condition than LSU"
- "LSU's secondary has as many 5 star recruits as State's entire football team"
- "State graduated 27 and had 4 transfer out"..... so LSU's personnel excuse is misplaced

Thats not wrong. If we are going to operate a top 5 type program then there is NO excuse for Saturday. We whiffed in DB recruitment for 2 years, our QB situation continues to be an issue and our coaches called a game plan that , if I didn’t know better, tried to exploit our own weaknesses.
