Not all politicians can be like Pelosi. Pelosi became obscenely rich while in office. Even used her position to help her husband do some insider trading...and rake in millions.

This president appears to have over $400 million in debt, $420, whatever it is, million dollars in debt. To whom?
Most likely a number of different banks who hold mortgages on his real estate holdings

A real estate tycoon having debt is a national security concern, but I don't remember Pelosi making a stink about national security concerns when a US senator from her home state had a long time staffer that turned out to be a Chinese spy

oh no, $400 million in debt. Sounds scary until you see assets in the billions. His liquidity ratio is probably great.

True and not true.

Trump and the Trump Org has had to pay fines for improper payment. (all large businesses do)

Trump and the Trump Org have not been charged with a crime for tax evasion.

Same could be said of her husbands business?

eta: With tax codes as they are, it's taught in business schools that debt free companies are not efficiently using capital.

Other than who he owes the money to, wouldn't the most important question be what assets are used as collateral for that debt? If he's a business owner and at least a 10% owner, he was most likely required to guarantee the loan as a normal business transaction.

paid over $300,000 in taxes to other countries
Did he have major business losses or tax credits in those countries that he was able to carryforward against future gains/income?
