We're looking at a house on Beverly Dr off Pinhook. Which is that closer to? I havent been in Lafayette in 10 years and this is springing up very quickly. If we do make the move I'll need to be in Lafayette by January. We would like for my wife and kids to finish out the year where we are currently since so much has been hard on them with school already bc of COVID. I have 10&13 year old boys and a 6 year old girl so any knowledge on good family neighborhoods would be great too.

Bendel Garden is probably right in the middle
For neighbors East bayou, west bayou, fernwood, settlement

I went to STM and lived in Bendel Gardens near Beverly Drive. Nephews went to Teurlings. Teurlings more family oriented. STM more status oriented. You could go either way. STM has the money

Bendel was a cool place to live in the 70s and 80s but I wouldn't live there now. It is not convenient to anything and traffic makes it 10x worse now. Youngsville or Milton would be better choices
