The people who think the offensive play calling yesterday was the problem make me laugh.

They called the same exact plays as last year
The offensive line didn't block and the qb played sub par.
That's never a recipe for success.
What would russ Callaway have called differently

Exactly ... Pelini made the mistake of blitzing the entire game. Mike leach runs a similar offense to us. What the hell was pelini thinking? Myles will get better with time. He had so much pressure riding on him from media to “loyal fans”, to having to redevelop a connection to true freshmen since our best receiver and other key players decided to quit on their team at the last minute. He threw for over 350 yards in his first Sec matchup against a team that hasn’t been good in many years .... during a pandemic. That’s above average especially for a first timer. If he had done that and won, hell people would be praising him right now. Let’s show the guy some grace. My issue is with the defense and the lack of switching things up when it was obvious that they needed to. I’m sure they’ll be a lot of changes made over the week
