Burbank didn't exist. Even if it did, you can see the stadium and are on campus at that point. The sign was probably removed or deemed useless.
Fun fact, burbank was built to be a loop in BR. Burbank, Siegen/Sherwood, Florida Blvd, then an undetermined route through the Garden District.
Residents of the Garden District shut it down.

I would hope they could figure it out themselves once highland puts them in the middle of campus
