Will be in Salt Lake City tomorrow night and looking for some steakhouse or dinner recommendations

Pallet, hoof and vine or Harbor. The only one I've been to during Covid is harbor. I feel like their quality is shaky since covid, but it's one of my favorite restaurants in the valley.
