In theory no.
In practice, someone pandering to the black community better be able to do a better job than that of bullshitting.
It’s like she couldn’t think of Ice Cube so she said Vanilla Ice. (Not that Tupac isn’t considered great but it is generally accepted he’s fricking dead.)

That’s my point, it’s nothing but pandering. She could have named anyone and it wouldn’t matter. Those watching are voting for her regardless.
