I just don’t get why one cop had his hand on Blake and let him go around the entire car open the door and reach in.

There were two other cops, why let him get into the vehicle. I only ask, because the one cop literally had his hand on him through the whole ordeal so I’m led to believe he didn’t think Blake had something on him at that point.

What video did you watch?

The cop doesn't touch him until he's trying to enter the vehicle.

OK, I’ll play. I just don’t get why Blake didn’t just stop. Listen to the officer’s command. COMPLY. The officer carries all of the responsibility and the perp, zero? Blake had complete control of how this situation turned out. He surrendered that control to the police by continuing towards the drivers door of the vehicle against officers orders.
