Square is expensive as hell from what I’ve seen. It’s easy though. I don’t know what kind of business she runs but I’d absolutely explore other options.

Square doesn’t have a monthly fee. So if you don’t have a lot of volume from credit cards, it can be a good service.
If you have a lot of volume, there are cheaper options than square.
