I was coming to post this. Bringhurst is a 9-hole par 3 course... said to be the oldest par-3 course in the nation.
It also is in pretty darn good shape right now as the virus had it shut down for a while and the crew from Links does the maintenance on it (even though they are a little bit away from each other...both city courses).

Also adding that its free to the public.
I played out there Sunday. They had some work to do after the Hurricane but its rolling now. I love that course with the exception of #3. That is my nemesis.

That hole is like 40 yards long
Is it still only open from Thursday-Sunday?

That awesome that it’s free now. I haven’t played there in close to 20 years, I’m sure anyone who grew up in the area played it a lot learning the game as a kid. I can still remember one time on #8 I perfectly bladed a SW that took off like a 3 iron. It cleared Masonic and hit the funeral home across the street, but thankfully not on a window.
