Would someone please explain to me the logic of Susan Collins.
How does it help her in any way to fail to support Trump on this issue? She either looks weak to her own party, to the opposing party and uninspiring to independents. I just do not understand it.

I don't believe any one of them will vote NO. Maybe abstain, but it will be political suicide to vote No.

Collins wants to be loved by all. It's identical to liberals, particularly gays, trying to get cozy with Muslims. By definition, they hate you, so why bother?

Collins only chance is to go full on MAGA.
I mean all out full throated speeches at Trump rallies for Trump.
It's really her only chance but she could never bring herself to do it.
She will lose because of it.

I thought the same. I don’t believe someone is going to vote for her because she votes “No”.

If Mitch has the 50 votes he needs he will tell Collins she can vote No and have Trump still support her from losing her GOP support because at that point the nominee is in.
