The only reason in 2016 Trump got a ton of support from Christian's was this issue. It would be a stab in the back.

She may not, but she said that in the context of being interviewed for a lower court job. I think she was basically saying that the lower court should not try to override the Supreme Court.

We need more diversity in the Supreme Court.

I don't know. I am still waiting to see an LSU Law school grad to be appointed to the Supreme Court.
I am sure had HRC won. James Carville would have been on her short list. LOL

There has been talk from both sides of the aisle about breaking the chains of the modern presumptive requirements.
And it's not Ivy League... It's just Harvard, Yale and Stanford. Those are the top 3 law schools. The others don't make the cut.

Columbia Law School(Ivy League) has produced many distinguished alumni, including US presidents Teddy Roosevelt and Franklin Delano Roosevelt; and nine justices of the Supreme Court of the United States.
RBG was the latest graduate of Columbia Law School

She fricking clerked with Scalia, and adheres to his judicial philosophy.
Should have been selected over Gorsuch

No it isn't. But Harvard, Yale, and Columbia seem to have an inside track with regards to nominations and confirmations to the Supreme Court. I predict you will see another one real soon with Barbara Lagoa.
Why all those Red state GOP senators in the south don't demand a candidate nomination from an SEC law school is beyond me.

From an education and experience standpoint, she is qualified. The primary knock on her is that she is an ideologue. That's great if you share her ideology but not so great if you don't.
