no, because lets be honest, all of that crap was sub-human. They will make it tough but what the Dems put Kavanaugh through in front of his family should never, ever be repeated. By a supposed civilized group of American leaders nonetheless. Honestly made me disgusted to be an American watching all of that unfold, and is the reason that I will never, ever vote for someone with a D next to their name again. If you associate yourself with them by way of party, you will never get my vote.

They planned on flooding the system with fake ballots from the "mail in" ballot play, and then create confusion in the results with their pals the MSM. That would cause the constitutional crisis and push the election decision to the supreme court, in which they'd get Roberts to dissent...electing Biden.
Now they have no play...that's why they're melting so hard about the appointing of a new SCOTUS Justice. They know that will effectively end their opportunity, and this is why the push is so hard in the media and Dem talking heads.
It's absolutely killing them that they actually have no say in the decision, so they push to engage their SJW dumdums to screech as loud as possible.

Orrin Hatch met with Bill Clinton circa 1994-1995 and told him they would be willing to vote for a competent jurist but that they will shove a political hack like Bruce Babbit straight up his arse. Hence RBG.
An Arlen Specter type would just roll over and take it.
Not sure what Grassley would do if he is still over Judiciary next term.

Their best hope at this point is to block a new appointment and to choose their cases well if they plan to win through the court.
A tied SCOTUS verdict means it goes to whatever the circuit court decided and doesn’t set a precedent. If they can manipulate the circuit courts over Michigan, Pennsylvania, etc, then frickery is still possible.
