Lonzo should be traded so we aren’t forced to overpay him. Everything else depends on the offers. We, or rather Griff, doesn’t need to wait on a coach because he’s going to hire someone that “shares his vision” of the team.

I agree.
Lonzo needs to go.
I think JJ is in the same boat. He needs to go as well. I think we can get more for him right now than we can at the trade deadline.
I don't mind if we don't trade Jrue, but i think it's pretty risky not to. Do you really plan on resigning him? Or you 100% sure he'd resign with us? If the answer isn't a confident yes to both of those, then you have to trade him this year. It's just stupid to risk losing him for nothing.

I'd be interested to see if we could get Jaylen Brown for Jrue, and what else we'd need to throw in there.

I was hoping Boston lost last round and we could make a move on Marcus smart and Jayen if possible. Like I said above, if we don't trade Jrue this year then we obviously didn't get any offer worth while. Will any other 1-2 players come here during free agency and do more for us than him? Probably not. If he wants to walk then I think we respect him enough to not trade him for a bad package. If he stays then we can still trade him down the line and we aren't even sure what his contract could be yet.
