As far as Biden's surgeries, they were in 1988 for two separate brain aneurysms. I'm sure you have been lead to believe that Biden had a frontal lobotomy -- or two.

You completely ducked the main question PhDoogan asked you so I’m asking you straight up, do you think Biden’s mental state has not slipped any? Do you think he is mentally fit enough to be President? Try not to fall back on criticism of OMB in your answer. I’m asking you specifically about Biden.
