Grabbed him in both leagues, had a solid first outing and I expect it to improve/continue.

Jonnu for now with those targets up for grab. If Sutton doesn’t go he and Fant become a coin flip.

The production wasn’t there for Hurst but the snaps and routes are encouraging. Would be taking a wait and see approach with him

Brown is out, gotta roll with him against a Jacksonville.

I also have Fant and am going Jonnu 100%.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. Have Fant but not sure if I have someone I want to drop for 1 week/ backup TE. And I like Jonnu season long but we have a short bench

TEN giving 8 points at home smells a lot like 35 touches for Henry. Smith had a 2.6 average depth of target on his seven targets. That was the lowest for all tight ends with at least four targets. Was near league low last year. Love the talent but those are low leverage looks, he basically has to create for himself
vs

DEN going on the road as 7 point dogs vs a defense that totally wiped out Barkley and the Giant run game. Smells like a game they will have to score with PIT and likely will be playing from behind. Potential lotta volume for Fant especially if Sutton sits. Led TEs in YAC week 1 after leading them all in 2019. Dude is a beast and is still being slept on by many

Gyno, what do you think about Conner/ Snell this week?

My possible fill ins are Malcolm Brown and Darrel Williams.

Also, do you think Watson is going to put up decent numbers with a tough Bal D?

I think brown and smell should be on the right side of their timeshare. They’re all a dart throw but I’d be choosing between those two

I do not like watson this week

Fair point.

I don't think you can go wrong with either. Just see Jonnu being a natural big play option on play action. His depth of target is shite but it will improve. He's too talented for them not to start working him in the way they used Walker the last few years even with shitty Mariotta.

I love Fant, Pitt's D just scares me against Lock.

I’m hoping they let Smith get downfield a bit with Brown out. I’m starting both in different leagues

Derrick Henry has gone crazy against JAX. Over his past three games, he’s averaging 30 FPs/game

It’s been all Henry the last few meetings

I love Fant and he fully looked the part of the prototype receiving TE. Combine that with a young QB, and he is ripe for a huge season.

I didn’t see Smith much last year, but man he looked so athletically gifted on Monday, especially on that inside screen.

I am going to roll with Fant but Smith is very intriguing for the season and magnified with AJ out.

He is

But Fant is bigger AND a better athlete

Ran a faster 40 than 96% of TEs ever tested
97%tile vertical
95%tile broad
95%tile 3 Cone
80%tile 20 yard
91%tile 60 yard

Elite athlete at the TE position. Smith isn’t far behind tho

Averages of Engram’s last 6 games with Jones.
High of 54 yards

3.8 rec
33.1 yards
.2 TDs

Mclaurin did not do that bad, it’s not time to get crazy
