yeah, go figure the dolphin cruise guy exaggerated. 
i mean, i know that's like 1 month's salary for an OT baller but, $641k for a house on an island with absolutely zero protection from storms sounds crazy.

It's not on the water.
There's a vacant lot behind it going for $1.2 mil. There's a wide range of prices there.
