One route to getting enough salary for CP3 without sending out a bigger deal, like Jrue or JJ, is to do a sign and trade of Favors strictly for a trade exemption.

I'll just use Utah for an example, say they want Favors back for a 3/45, we can sign Favors then trade to Utah, while diverting their salary to a 3rd team, we develop a 15 million trade exception. We can then use the 15 million trade exception, add Miller's 7 million and Lonzo's 11 million, plus our 9ish million in cap space, and that gets us to 42 million in matched salary.
