In retrospect, I should have given more weight to that issue.
But, I don't think Latoya's biggest current issue is corruption. Far from it. Her current antics are that of a mad power-hungry cat, not pure corruption.

There are better outside enforcement mechanisms to contain corruption than there are for sheer ineptitude. That was the flaw in your calculus.
