A County I am following in Georgia (Dekalb) had about 120,000 voters in 2016.

They plan on mailing 533,000 absentee ballots, one to every registered voter.

The Republican SOS is trying to stop them and it will depend on who the judge is.

This will be full of fraud.

Who is "they?" Can absentee ballots be mailed without the voter requesting one?

You read the article wrong. They were trying to sent out absentee request forms... not the actual ballots. And to my knowledge it still hasn't been granted.

Something else seems wrong with this. If the numbers are to be believed 120k voted out of 533k in 2016, then only 22% voted in the last presidential race? I find that difficult to believe.

Secondly, in Georgia, can't your governor do something about it? Do you have unsolicited mailing voting?
