dont listen to the 4K/120 marketing bullshite from MS. Won't happen outside of a handful of games. You'll get to pick one or the other, resolution or frame rate. I imagine most games will offer a visual mode for resolution or a performance mode for frame rate
expect 4K/60 to be the standard for well-optimized AAA games from both consoles

I imagine the performance of the XSX v the PS5 will be more noticeable than the main perk of the PS5 you mentioned:
