He wouldve been in a stand your ground state...lots of cases of just this kind of shite happening and the person who started the shite started getting that arse kicked and killed the person and walked. Exactly what happened to Zimmerman...he started a fight, started getting his arse kicked, shot a kid and walked. You can't stalk people and verbally assault people like the old man is doing in this video...the young man had turned his back to him and the old man advanced...who can say in that situation what the intent of the old man is at that point?

He didn’t stalk anyone. They’re in a gas station.
He didn’t verbally assault anyone. Saying “what are you going to do, boy” and “git your arse” isn’t going to be a justification for an assault anywhere.
