We just picked up one at homedepot and will be running it. Don't feel any sponginess in the drywall so far and thew water has stopped. We're removing all the tiles, even the dry ones to open it all up and dry it out.

Don’t get me wrong mold can happen from a one time event, but it’s usually from something like a constant drip or leak over time and that can even be under 24hours. But normally just a one time leak or spill or whatever as long as you give it air to dry out it’ll be fine.
