Easily a camper by far. It has everything a house has that could go wrong but made in miniature and marked up sky high. A boat is expensive, but has way less stuff to break.

Do you have a free place to store it OP? It would absolutely not make sense to buy one if you have to pay $100/ month to store it.
As said, rent one. It’s fun if you can go and stay at state parks and other places where campground fees are reasonable, weather is nice, and you can do cheap weekend get aways. But financially you’d be better off renting a cabin many times.
