Have the guys doing this program felt there has been adequate recovery time? I could see squatting 3 or even 4 days a week if you're smart about it but this seems like overkill?

I haven't had any issues recovering from the squats. General soreness after the first couple of days (78 reps day 2), but now I'm not even getting sore anymore. It's a good mix of high volume, heavy weight, or tempo variations. It isn't like we are hitting 80%+ of our max everyday. I can already tell my form has improved as well from "greasing the groove" everyday.

I have also upped my protein and carbs, always get 8 hours of sleep, and complete the 30 minute evening walk everyday which no doubt helps with recovery.

Recovery hasn't been a problem. The program writer does a good job of mixing up the volumes and intensities.

I also feel like we recover better than we give ourselves credit for to begin with.
