Closest open gym is in a different parish lol. The good gyms around here except dynamic dimensions in moss bluff got essentially destroyed. Genesis had a side wall blow off, LC Fitness had all the front and sides blow off, gigis had a roof collapse, the old gigis south of town had roof and walls collapse and isnt reopening. I think you get the point
But im gonna start sunday. Told the wife, I have to get back on schedule for me and the kids. Kids start back local school next week so no more driving an hour or so for school and work is finally starting to slack so i should be able to get back on track.
I laid out my diet and gonna hit the shite hard, on squats a bunch of KB front rack squats, single leg rear elevated split squats, overhead squats.
Gonna be sore as hell, just gonna have to work through it. Havent lifted since before the hurricane so over a month.
