Only got 7 at 91%. I could have gotten at least 9 if my normal rack was available though. The one I had to use was just a little too high and I had a near catastrophic incident racking the 4 set which cost me a lot of energy.
ETA: I did 91% because it’s an even 455 which is fewer trips to the weight tree than 450. lol

Dude, halfway through that shite I thought wtf, I guess we are killing the arms. Anyway, chins VS pull-ups and now this. I have a hard time paying attention to details.
