Pain free workout to wrap up the week.

I actually enjoyed the tempo squats.

Finished the stairs for squats, not bad at all. Just starting bench and I feel like I’m not going to complete it. If you fail, should you reset or just chalk it up to a bad session?

ETA: damn, only hit 4 reps on the last stair

Today was a sneaky forearm burnout. After deadlifts and chinups, that cardio superset using dumbbells in each exercise burned my forearms TF out. I had to drop weight on the farmers carry each time from 70s, to 60s, to 50s.

Thought the squats were good. Can really focus on form when you're decending at a snails pace. Added a couple sets of lateral shoulder flys and a couple more sets of curls and I'm done.

One thing I know is I need to do better with my sleep next week.

I snoozed my alarm this morning and didn't make it to the gym. I'm all grumpy and tired this morning because I skipped. I much rather working out before work than after.

Yea I also enjoyed the tempo squats. Felt like a slow, long, deep stretch!
