I have an old Unisaw with a Beisemeyer fence. It works great. But safety is up to me and I don't use any blade guard. I just have to concentrate. I don't know if Delta makes a good cabinet saw anymore. I loved the Powermatic at the time but those things are pricey. I'm not any help to you as I have no experience with any of the three brands. I've had Grizzly stuff before. I try to stay away from it now.

Thanks for everyone's help. Like I mentioned, crazy timing for one of these to pop up the day I made the thread and it be the most recommended. Going pick the saw up tomorrow. Only problem is its a 52" fence. Will see what its like and make a decision if I should attempt to find someone to trade for the smaller fence. Guy had 2 others lined up to see it, so no haggling other than getting a dado cartridge thrown in, but he closed his business and is selling off a bunch of stuff and got a 1.5 hp jet dust collector thrown in for just a little more.
