So here’s a question... under what we thought we were getting, we would have an 8 week regular season and 4 playoff rounds. Would an earlier start mean any more games than a total of 12? Would 12 be good enough for the #LetThemPlay crowd?

Are these rumors meant to guarantee HS football starts on October 8th?

I think it would. It's about letting these boys play. Personally outside of a dozen teams in both the select and non-select schools, no one really has a chance to win it all.

These kids especially these seniors just want to play. They see that the Governor and his advisors are treating this as a political stunt instead of a health issue.

We all know to protect the elderly by now. We know they are the ones at risk not these kids or their parents.

No idea about what the meeting is/was going to be about.

The starting date would just be solidified as October 8th. They still need a few weeks to practice full contact
