Will Trump go scorched Earth on the swamp in Term 2?

I think he's gathering everything he needs now, to do just this. We've heard hints and rumors, but in his second term with nothing to lose, I'd love to see him destroy Washington DC.

I hope the first thing he does if threaten to withhold federal funding for education until these schools open! I work in education and have for a very long time and this virtual learning is NOT educating your children!
He tired to do it, remember, but he got hammered and because it was an election year he had to back down.

Why in Term 2? I mean if he isn't a lifelong politician (The reason I voted for him) then he should not have cared in Term 1 and just did what he thought was best for this country.

It’s hilarious that people think Trump is an “outsider.”
That was a campaign message.
He’s a billionaire, and billionaires aren’t “outsiders,”
